A Practice Tailored to You

Community sessions offer the power of shared rest. Private sessions go further — a practice shaped entirely around what you're carrying and what you need right now.

Whether you're navigating a period of high stress, recovering from loss, struggling with sleep, or following a curiosity you can't quite name — a private session creates space the body rarely gets. Not a script. Not a group arc. A practice that belongs entirely to you.

We start with a free fifteen-minute conversation — not intake, not assessment, just a real exchange about where you are and what kind of rest you haven't been able to find on your own. If it feels like a fit, we book a full session from there.

Sessions run approximately 75 minutes and are available for individuals, couples, or small groups. We can meet in person in the Downeast Maine area, or work remotely via guided audio — which carries this practice remarkably well.

Pricing is sliding scale. The suggested rate is $75, and it flexes to meet you the same way the practice does. Barter is welcome. This work is never out of your reach.
